H.E Laila Rahhal El Atfani

Amb. Regina Inem, Ph.D, FIIM, FCBMP is an Educational Consultant, a Reformer, Agropreneur and Community leader.

She holds a degree in Agriculture, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, an Executive Master’s Degree in Project Management (U.K.), Masters in Educational Psychology and a Doctorate degree in Theology.

She has over 22 years’ experience in the Educational sector and is currently the Executive Director of Regamos Consulting and Regamos Farms & Agro- Allied Services. She is also the founder of Amos & Sarah International Initiative, an NGO that educates, advocates and empowers widows, abused girls and the less privileged. She previously worked in ADRAO International School, DOWEN College Lagos, FAMAKS British Schools and Olashore International School. 

Amb. Regina has distinguished herself as a hardworking, God fearing and successful business woman with trail blazing achievements.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management, Fellow of Certified Business Management Professionals, member of Organization for Women in Science for the Developing world, Young Africa Leaders Initiative and an Alumni of ITC SME Academy in Geneva, Switzerland.

 Regina, a United Nations Volunteer, an ambassador of “1 Million Teachers” is also a Lagos State influencer for the “Nirmala Chellarams League of Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs”.

So far Regina has been honoured with 12 awards both locally and internationally for her contribution in the advancement of Science and Technology, her community and educational reforms in Nigeria.

She has attended various conferences, seminars and workshops in Nigeria, UAE, Malaysia, UK and the USA.

Regina is passionate about making an impact in the lives of young people and women. Her drive is the desire to be part of the powerful force that will transform the educational and economic space in Africa.
